March 10, (12:09 p.m.), The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of an odor of gas at the Dollar General in Arena. The Arena Fire Department and Arena EMS responded to the location. MG&E responded to the location as well. No injuries were reported and the issue was resolved.

March 12, (9:10 a.m.), The Iowa County Deupties made contact with an individual who had 2 active warrants out of Grant County in the Township of Linden. The subject, Elaine M. Adametz, 72, of Highland, was taken into custody on the Grant County warrant. Adametz was transported and released to the custody of Grant County deputies.

March 13, (4:36 a.m.), The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a semi rollover on State Road 80 near Spring Valley Road in the Township of Highland. The Highland Fire Department, Highland EMS, and Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the location. No injuries were reported. Wegner Towing assisted with removal of the semi.

(6:57 a.m.), The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a power pole down in the roadway in the 6000 block of Woodlawn Road in the Town of Waldwick. The Hollandale Fire Department, Hollandale First Responders, and Alliant Energy responded to the scene. The scene was cleared with no injuries reported.

(9:07 a.m.), The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of power lines down across a residential driveway in the 4000 block of Miess Road in the Town of Highland. The Highland Fire Department, Highland EMS, and Alliant Energy responded to the scene. No injuries were reported.

(12:40 p.m.), The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of power lines down across a walking path near Upland Drive and High Point Road in the City of Dodgeville. The Dodgeville Fire Department, Dodgeville EMS, the Dodgeville Police Department, and Alliant Energy responded to the scene. No injuries were reported.

(4:24 p.m.), The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a carbon monoxide alarm sounding in a residence on Meeker Street near South Street in the City of Mineral Point. The Mineral Point Fire Department, Mineral Point EMS, and the Mineral Point Police Department responded to the scene. The residence was cleared, and no injuries were reported.

(9:00 p.m.), A Dodgeville Police Officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of South Montgomery Street and West Parry Street in the City of Dodgeville. Iowa County K9 Fenix and a Deputy assisted at the scene. Following the investigation, Masen M. Luckey, age 23, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of THC, Possess Drug Paraphernalia, and Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine. Luckey was transported to the Iowa County Jail, where he was booked on the listed charges.

March 14, (12:23 p.m.), The Iowa County Communication Center received a report of a two-vehicle crash in the area of US Highway 18 and Sunnyslope Road in the Township of Linden. Responding units included the Cobb Fire Department, Cobb First Responders, Dodgeville EMS, and Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies. No injuries were reported. Larry’s Towing assisted with vehicle removal.

March 15, (8:36 a.m.), The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a single-vehicle rollover on US Highway 18-151 near mile marker 49 in the Township of Dodgeville. Responding units included the Dodgeville Fire Department, Dodgeville EMS, and an Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy. The occupants of the vehicle were transported by EMS to a local hospital. (9:17 a.m.), The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a single-vehicle crash on US Highway 151 near mile marker 40 in the Township of Mineral Point. Responding agencies included the Mineral Point Fire Department, Mineral Point EMS, an Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy, and the Mineral Point Police Department. No injuries were reported. (11:29 a.m.), A single-vehicle accident on US Highway 18-151 near mile marker 51 was reported to the Iowa County Communications Center. Responding agencies included the Ridgeway Fire Department, Ridgeway First Responders, Dodgeville EMS, and Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies. No injuries were reported. (11:37 a.m.), The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a single-vehicle rollover on US Highway 18-151 near mile marker 58. Responding units included the Barneveld Fire Department, Barneveld EMS, and a Barneveld Police Officer. The occupants were transported by EMS to a local hospital. Disch assisted with removal of the vehicle.

(11:37 a.m.), The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a single-vehicle rollover on US Highway 18-151 near mile marker 58. Responding units included the Barneveld Fire Department, Barneveld EMS, and a Barneveld Police Officer. The occupants were transported by EMS to a local hospital. Disch assisted with removal of the vehicle.

(2:21 p.m.), An Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy, assisted by the Mineral Point Police Department, conducted a traffic stop on US Highway 151 near mile marker 40 in the Township of Mineral Point. The driver, Denise Josue Velasquez Pozo, age 20, was arrested for Operating Without a Valid License (2nd offense), Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, and on a warrant out of Lafayette County. Velasquez Pozo was transported to the Iowa County Jail, where he was booked on the listed charges.

(3:01 p.m.), A single-vehicle rollover on US Highway 18-151 near mile marker 54 was reported to the Iowa County Communications Center. Responding agencies included the Ridgeway Fire Department, Ridgeway First Responders, Barneveld EMS, Ridgeway Marshall, and Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies. The occupants of the vehicle were transported to a local hospital. Randy’s Towing assisted with removal of the vehicle.

March 16, (5:32 a.m.), The Iowa County Communications Center received a report of a semi truck and trailer blocking the roadway on State Road 130 near the intersection of Spring Valley Road in the Township of Clyde. The Lone Rock Fire Department and Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the location. The issue was resolved with assistance from the Iowa County Highway Department.
