Mt. Horeb wins Platteville golf tourney, Pointers send 3 to play

Mount Horeb secured the 2026 Platteville Dick McKichan Invitational title on Saturday with a team score of 330, finishing four strokes ahead of Reedsburg at the Platteville Golf and Country Club. Lancaster’s Brady Mack claimed medalist honors by shooting a twoover 73, beating Platteville’s Cole Herbst by four strokes. The Invitational featured fifteen teams, although Mineral Point was represented by only three golfers.

Argyle/Pecatonica shot a team score of 365 and were led by Junior Avari Steiner who finished in a tie for fourth individually as she carded a 79. Barneveld finished behind AP by eleven shots with a 376.
