Mineral Point finished sixth and River Valley twelfth in the twenty team 2026 Nekoosa Invitational played at the Lakes Course at Lake Arrowhead on Wednesday, May 6. Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln won the team event shooting 322, seven shots better than second place finisher Stoughton.
Senior Pointer Gaige Godfrey shot an impressive one-over par 73 to earn medalist honors, three strokes better than Arcadia’s Tharren Schock’s 76.
As a team, Mineral Point was twenty-one strokes off the winning score with a 343. River Valley had 368.
