Linden Historical Society Annual Meeting & Program
The Linden Historical Society Annual Meeting and Progran will be held on Saturday, May 2 at 1 p.m. at the Linden Village Hall/Firestation. Program is on World War II Veterans who served from the Linden area. Almost every family had a son or daughter take part in that war.
A short business meeting will start at 1 p.m. followed by the program presented by Randy Baker. Public is invited to this free event.
Fine Arts Nights Showcase Student Talent
Mineral Point Middle/High School is proud to celebrate the creativity and talent of its student musicians and artists during upcoming Fine Arts Nights. Community members are invited to attend and enjoy an evening of outstanding performances and artwork.

First Farmers Market May 2
Farmers Market season kicks off May 2 in Mineral Point.
The market runs 8:30 to 11 a.m. at Water Tower Park. Vegetables, plants, honey, eggs, baked goods and crafts are among the items offered.
Cornish Society annual meeting May 3
The Southwest Wisconsin Cornish Society will hold its annual meeting and potluck May 3 at noon at the United Church of Christ in Mineral Point.
Please bring a dish to pass and your own table setting and beverage.
The society raises awareness of the influence of early Cornish immigrants and preserves Cornish heritage.
Mens Bible Study
A mens Bible study will meet every Tues morning at 9:30 a.m. at the home of Norm Johnson, 908 Fountain Street in Mineral
Point. We represent no particular religion and only work with the King James version of the Bible. All are invited to attend to attend a wonderful time conversing and answering questions anyone has. There is plenty of parking in the yard and coffee is available. Call 608-425-8095 with questions.

Suicide Loss Grief Group
Suicide Loss Grief Group meets the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7-9: p.m. at the Health and Human Services Building, 303 W. Chapel St. Meetings are for people 18 yrs and older that have lost someone they care about to suicide. For more information:
